Casa Candra Policies

  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
    Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
    Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  • Please do not remove towels or utensils from the property.
  • Room cleaning service is available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Please make sure your phone is set to the Puerto Vallarta time zone.
  • Kindly avoid bringing glassware into common areas.
  • If you’re traveling with a pet, please note they cannot be left unsupervised at any time. An additional cleaning fee will apply at the end of your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, common areas, linens, or kitchen items. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
  • The use of illegal substances, weapons, or misuse of the facilities is strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy

  • Maximum of 2 small to medium-sized pets per room.
  • For the well-being of all guests, pets may not be left unattended in the hotel at any time.
  • Pets are not allowed in the pools or on beds, loungers, or sofas inside the rooms.
  • In common areas, pets must remain on a leash, and owners are required to clean up after their pets.

Billing & Payments

  • To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in (cash, bank transfer, or card payment +4% commission for card transactions).
  • Non-refundable policy: No refunds are available for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
