Casa Candra Policies<\/strong><\/p>

  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
    Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
    Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. \u2013 8:00 a.m.<\/li>
  • Please do not remove towels or utensils from the property.<\/li>
  • Room cleaning service is available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.<\/li>
  • Please make sure your phone is set to the Puerto Vallarta time zone.<\/li>
  • Kindly avoid bringing glassware into common areas.<\/li>
  • If you\u2019re traveling with a pet, please note they cannot be left unsupervised at any time. An additional cleaning fee will apply at the end of your stay.<\/li>
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, common areas, linens, or kitchen items. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.<\/li>
  • The use of illegal substances, weapons, or misuse of the facilities is strictly prohibited.<\/li><\/ul>

    Pet Policy<\/strong><\/p>

    • Maximum of 2 small to medium-sized pets per room.<\/li>
    • For the well-being of all guests, pets may not be left unattended in the hotel at any time.<\/li>
    • Pets are not allowed in the pools or on beds, loungers, or sofas inside the rooms.<\/li>
    • In common areas, pets must remain on a leash, and owners are required to clean up after their pets.<\/li><\/ul>

      Billing & Payments<\/strong><\/p>

      • To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in (cash, bank transfer, or card payment +4% commission for card transactions).<\/li>
